How do the two residences differ?

Excl 1 is a 90 m² Superior two-bedroom residence with a private hot tub. Excl 2 is a 70 m² two-bedroom residence entirely on the ground floor. Both have private kitchens and sea-view outdoor spaces. Compare the residences.

Do both residences have Wi-Fi and a kitchen?

Yes. Both residences offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher, and a washing machine.

How can I check dates and book?

Check availability for both residences, then choose your residence to continue to its booking form. For questions, contact Sellia Resort.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not permitted in either residence.

Are there stairs?

Excl 1 is on an upper floor accessed by stairs. Excl 2 is entirely on the ground floor. Contact us before booking if you have specific access requirements.

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη θα ξαναπάμε.

☺Πολύ καθαρό, καινούριο, φουλ εξοπλισμενο και με καταπληκτική θέα.

☹Υπήρχαν διακοπές στο ρεύμα και το WiFi δεν λειτουργούσε καθόλου καμιά ώρα της ημέρας. Επίσης δεν ήταν έτοιμο προς χρήση το τζακούζι.

☺Das Apartment ist großartig. Helle große Räume mit absolut komfortabler Ausstattung, Panoramablick durch große Fenster und vom riesigen Balkon, super nette Vermieterfamilie.

Viele sehr schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. 

In Sellia gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit fairen Preisen - den sollte man unterstützen.  Zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten. Restaurants gibt es auch zwei oder je nach Saison auch drei oder vier.

Zum Strand von Plakias verläuft eine recht steile Straße, zu Fuß 45 Minuten abwärts,  60 Minuten aufwärts. In Plakias dann ein schöner Strand, viele Restaurants, ein sehr guten Bäcker (dafür der Dorstraße Richtung Südosten 10 Minuten folgen, dann auf der linken Seite. Mit Café.)

☺Понравилось все. Сама лично хозяйка встретила тепло, довезла на своей машине до дома, дом отличный, ремонт свежий, Кухня отлично оборудована до мелочей, бельё , полотенца свежие, регулярно менялось. Отличный вид из окна, хозяйка всегда на связи, всегда готова помочь.

Beste Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht.

☺Die Lage ist die Beste in Sellia. Die Terrasse bietet den besten Ausblick. Schlafräume und Betten sind optimal, ebenfalls das Bad. Das Beste ist die Küche, mit allem ausgestattet, nichts fehlt. Der Wohn- und Essbereich sind ebenfalls sehr bequem.
